船用散装水泥罐,通称为船用水泥罐、船用水泥仓、船用灰罐。属于船载散装水泥输送系统的重要组成部分,压力在0.6MPa以下,包括左封头、右封头、筒体、人孔、支腿、气口、进料口、出料口、安全阀、压力表等组成。罐体顶部口直接与水泥厂供料软管连接,水泥自由流入罐体中,余气压经罐体顶部经除尘器排气口排出到大气。水泥罐船运系统可解决水泥运输成本和环境污染,综合成本降低约百分之二十,这将逐步成为水泥运输行业的主力军,广东西江流域、北江流域水泥运输船舶总吨大多在800-1500GT,目前在广东清远、肇庆、广州、佛山等地都有大规模应用,散装水泥船已形成固定航线,船用散装水泥罐为大气治理和成本降低具有十分重要现实意义。
